Introduction:

NVEMV5 is a 3-axis-6-axis motion controller;

The control cycle of each position is 2 milliseconds, and the control accuracy is high. The highest single-axis output pulse is 300KHz, the pulse width is adjustable, and it supports common stepper motors and servo motors.

NVEMV5 supports mach3 control, perfectly supports standard electronic handwheels, and communicates with the computer using Ethernet, which can be directly connected to a network cable or transited by a router, and is not limited by the length of the network cable.

NVEM V5 CNC system adopts ARM design architecture, and ARM completes parts including communication, code analysis, underlying algorithm and control pulse generation. Reasonable design, reliable control and convenient operation.

Appearance and size:

NVEMV5 motion controller is with the sealed shell structure,there are 4pcs setting holes

at the bottom.We can fix 4pcs 4mm diameter holes at the cabinet,and install the controller into

the cabinet.The controller appearance as the Figure 1-1 and Figure 1-2 show:

The products overall size is 163.1mm*80.8mm*27.8mm；

The bottom install size is 101.4mm*39.5mm。

Regarding the installation of this control card:

1) First install the Mach3 software and load the crack patch to remove the Mach3 code line limit.

2) Copy the latest NVEM V5 plug-in to the PlugIns folder of Mach3.

3) Use a 24V power supply to power the NVEM control card, and then change the IP address of the network port connected to the control card to 192.168.4.XX in the computer, as shown below.

4) Check whether the network port light of the control card is on normally, check the network port details, and check whether there is data interaction.

Normally, there is data interaction. If the network port lights up normally and there is no data interaction, please turn off the computer firewall and try again.

Regarding the situation where the control card network port light was not on before July 2024, it was a design defect of the product casing. It was necessary to remove the upper and lower casings of the control card, cover the capacitor on the back of the network port with insulating glue, and place a 1-2mm gasket on the copper nut close to the capacitor to prevent the capacitor from short-circuiting and causing the network port to fail.
